If so, let’s talk. We're in need of a passionate and startup-minded individual in the role of Lead Sales Builder to signup product creators on SproutUp platform.
Responsibilities
* The Lead Sales Builder owns the business development process from identifying and qualifying business opportunities to conducting sales pitches and closing new business. * The Lead Sales Builder will be among the first 10 hires, work closely with SproutUp CEO, develop sales strategies, business partnerships with different channels and develop relationships at senior levels with customers.
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years of sales experience with high paced and successful digital marketing and/or consumer focused platforms/marketplaces. * 5+ years experience in managing executive-level relationships with customers. * A proven record in implementing a methodical approach to the sales and business development process to achieve an exponential business growth. * Ability to sell B2B services and solutions to small businesses in high-tech segments (not brick and mortar). * Track record of success in various start-up environments. * Strong influencing and communications skills to develop enthusiasm both internally and externally. * Ability to make decisions, such as prioritizing relationships to develop, negotiating with clients (external and internal), and overcoming obstacles with minimal supervision.
