Summary
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams, and their internal customers to support Accolade’s mission of reinventing the healthcare experience and delighting members. This individual will specifically work across the Corporate Marketing team to assist in managing and tracking marketing and communications initiatives, writing copy for a host of platforms and campaigns, coordinating company and industry events, supporting presentation development, supporting the sales-enablement function, building out the sales and marketing asset libraries, and creating and proofing collateral pieces. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). They should be self-motivated, have the ability to work independently, exhibit strong time management skills and the aptitude to work comfortably within a wide variety of team situations. The successful candidate will be dynamic and flexible – they must be able to handle numerous projects simultaneously and the demands of a deadline-driven function.
Responsibilities
* Create and proof marketing and sales collateral pieces, digital marketing campaigns, company and partner blogs, PR initiatives, sales materials, and other sales and marketing assets. * Provide support on marketing activities such as building sales materials, coordinating creative content, preparing/ordering promotional materials and collateral, researching vendors and opportunities, maintaining calendars, etc. * Research industry, partner, policy and competitive news as it relates to Accolade and our business. Share strategic ideas and recommendations for engaging in conversations and topical discussions with the goal of promoting Accolade thought leadership ideas and platform. * Support the overall planning and execution of industry conferences and events, including maintaining event calendars, researching and tracking events and deadlines, updating event plans and coordinating logistics and details to ensure a successful onsite presence and goal-oriented outcome. * Support departmental operations, such as entering/cataloging vendor invoices, creating production timelines and maintaining the Corporate Marketing budget. * Maintain strong and effective relationships with vendor partner, coordinate project details, production timelines, cost estimates and final deliverables. * Work with internal data systems to pull reports, analyze campaign results, and prep initial results for internal/customer presentations.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Communications, Design or technology-related field. * Strong writer, familiar with website, marketing, blog and internal communications and writing styles and requirements. * Minimum 2 years of experience working on marketing or business initiatives or campaigns, whether in school or in a business environment. * Strong project management skills, strict attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email (Outlook) skills; preferred knowledge of Google Analytics/similar web analysis tools, Salesforce.com, Qualtrics, CMS and bulk email systems. * Experience working in a healthcare environment and/or Business to Business role is a plus. * Experience working with high-performing teams and against tight deadlines, supporting the needs of and communicating regularly with multiple stakeholders.
