Summary

Building Robotics is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help rock out B2B SaaS Marketing campaigns. Join a team of enthusiastic marketers spreading the word about a disruptive product that is modernizing commercial buildings and the workforce. Create content, promote messaging across multiple channels, test ideas, measure success, iterate, and improve. We’re looking for an eager marketer who is looking to take ownership and grow, in a collaborative and fluid environment. This person will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager.

Comfy, Building Robotics’s primary product, is the world’s first intelligent software for on-demand, personalized comfort in the office. By connecting to a building's existing infrastructure, Comfy allows employees to make immediate adjustments via web or phone app. Over time, Comfy learns individual comfort patterns and adjusts accordingly, providing a sustainable and cost-effective solution to climate control within buildings-- and happier occupants!

The ideal candidate is a natural project leader, an organized communicator with a strong eye for detail. You're enthusiastic about joining a rapidly growing team and becoming a strong voice in the direction of future marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Launch new marketing channels/tools from the ground up: Research and implement tools, create content, and document processes
  • Work with third-party platforms and partners to execute campaign activities (i.e. social media platforms, advertising channels, conference reps)
  • Work with Marketing team to optimize lead generation for each marketing campaign, buyer segment, and channel through A/B testing, performance tracking, and analysis
  • Work with Marketing Director and Marketing Operations to develop, maintain, and track Marketing metrics and KPIs for specific marketing activities and channels, to deliver on team lead generation goals
  • Manage lists from database purchases, conferences, and major events, and ensure data integrity in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Design, and Business Development to grow understanding of buyer, generate forward thinking content, and provide strong Marketing support
  • Support Marketing team in conference/event planning and execution. It’s a team effort!
Ideal Candidate
  • A least 1-2 years of Marketing experience (preferably with Digital Marketing or broader Demand Generation)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Hands-on experience working in a Marketing Automation System (preferably Marketo) and CRM (preferably Salesforce), with knowledge of and exposure to a lead generation funnel
  • Experience in B2B SaaS Marketing
  • Experience working with third party agencies and design teams
  • Self-motivated and eager to work closely with cross-departmental teams to create and promote marketing content across various channels
  • Bonus: Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing, social media channels, basic html and CMS
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Bonus: Exposure to corporate comms, media relations, advertising
