Summary
We have an opening for a Sales Associate in our New York office. If you have any interest in start-ups, digital marketing or business development, this is an incredibly unique opportunity to join an accomplished team on the ground floor and help blaze the trail for future growth.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the VP of Client Solutions, Director of Sales Operations, and other members of the sales team to: * Help devise ways to make the team more efficient and productive * Enforce existing business processes to ensure accuracy of key sales information (including pipeline reporting) * Build and maintain internal-facing materials (including presentations and reports) for training and onboarding * Create client-facing materials for sales deals * Schedule internal sales meetings, take notes, and provide administrative support as necessary * Organize small client events (office lunches, happy hours, etc.) * Book travel for team members * Be a quick learner and gain proficiency in the many tools and resources we use, including Salesforce, Wrike, DocuSign, etc. * Support the team and keep everyone organized
Ideal Candidate
* BA / BS degree * Extremely organized * Self-starter, eager to learn * Interest in Sales and/or Sales Operations * Business-related major a plus, but not required * 1 year of relevant work experience a plus, but not required
