Summary
In this role of Publisher Success Analyst you will be responsible for identifying publisher churn, minimizing publisher downtime, and assisting in the growth of our Publisher Success publishers.
Responsibilities
* Identify publishers that have churned on a daily basis and work to get them back live as soon as possible * Where necessary, establish cadence with AM and PA team to transfer for further handling or possible larger product up-sell * Identify recurring reasons publishers churn and provide insight and actions to minimize future churn * Partner with Director and Sales Ops to segment the Publisher Success publishers by potential product upsell * Report weekly/monthly on overall agency churn in partnership with finance and Director of Account Management * Assisting in accounts transferring to publisher success from PA books * Work with marketing to help build out sovrn community of topics that will assist in minimizing churn and answering Publisher Success needs * Build out refined process with Sales Ops to better log, track, and collect information in SFDC * Maintain continued knowledge of the sovrn and digital ecosystem to be able to educate our publishers while retaining and our growing the business * Answer all inbound publisher services calls for product inquiries and/or general questions; direct to appropriate team member where needed * Other duties as the business evolves and growth opportunities are created
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree * 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales in digital / technological field * Experience in data analysis, report generation and communicating the data story to the appropriate audience * Highly articulate; excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment * Quickly establish trust and rapport with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization both internally and externally * Proactively review current procedures and confidently make recommendations for improvements with consideration to publisher’s best interest * Provides strong problem solving skills by looking at situations from publisher perspective * Ability to prioritize multiple projects with changing priorities **Technical skills** * Internet savvy and strong proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Gmail, Salesforce CRM) * High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Formulas, pivot tables, etc) * Ability to put together and deliver high level PowerPoint presentations
