Summary
If you have been described as a wizard with Excel and have strong report generation skills then this could be the right opportunity for you! In this position you will be responsible for managing client workflows, creating reports, and processing orders by assigning them to the appropriate internal departments. You will be challenged to collaborate with multiple internal departments and ensure that any incoming client issues and orders are being resolved quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Creating a variety of reports in Excel utilizing pivot tables and v-lookups. - Respond to client inquiries, order requests, and claims in a timely fashion. - Utilizing your communication skills to direct workflow to other departments within the company. - Evaluate requests promptly and direct to the correct department or personnel.
Ideal Candidate
- Great communication skills, both over the phone and via email. - Excellent depth of knowledge in Excel, including advanced functions. - 3 – 5 years of administrative support experience. - A high level of attention to detail.
