Sales Planning Associate Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Planning Associate Analyst to join our team in Irvine to support the Pro+ channel. This individual will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with all levels of internal staff. He/she is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, has exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. He/she will assist a team of sales planning analysts with administrative tasks including communicating performance results, assigning leads, maintaining Salesforce account/lead records and general team support.

• Creating account assignments
• Report and dashboard creation
• Salesforce maintenance tasks
• Ad hoc lead reporting/analysis
• Database cleansing

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive on finding solutions to daily challenges. He/she will have a background that includes a mixture of sales operations, sales planning, data management and administrative support.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of work experience
• Highly organized and structured
• Excellent attention to detail
• Expert Excel skills - comfortable with VLOOKUP functions, SUMIF formulas, Pivot tables
• Experience in data management
• Firm understanding of Salesforce
• A love for working with numbers and analysis (you revel in your geekiness)
• Ability to work independently
• Highly adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Preferred major: Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Must be able to work out of the Irvine Office
