Summary
Simplee is looking for an Field Marketing Manager to join a high performing marketing team dedicated to promoting Simplee’s message of transforming the patient financial experience. This role will require you to identify successfully and manage key speaking, sponsorship and thought leadership events, including but not limited to trade shows, conferences and speaking opportunities. This is a key role in a rapidly growing marketing team, and as such you'll have the ability to see the direct impact of your contributions. Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the successful sourcing and execution of all event related activities, start to finish. You will work closely with marketing and sales to secure events, manage implementation, ensure effective leads induction/processing, and conduct all post-event analytics. * You will be charged with developing a deep understanding of educational and professional organizations relevant to Simplee’s target customers, and identifying ways to partner on opportunities like speaking and webinars. * You will create Simplee branded events, like customer forums and thought leadership events that drive awareness and leads for Simplee. You will be responsible soup to nuts: agenda, speakers, attendees, location, and logistics. * Teamwork is essential in this role; you will work closely with your colleagues to deliver all event-related tasks under tight deadlines, this includes: event offers and promotions, email campaigns, landing pages, sales team prep, giveaways, and content development. * Communication is core in your success; you will be responsible for clearly communicating your events plan, outcomes and ideas to stakeholders throughout the company
Ideal Candidate
* 2-5 years of experience creating, implementing and marketing events * Strong experience in working with a sales team to drive event objectives; this includes target identification, networking strategies and content development * Exceptional communicator; your verbal and written communication skills will be essential in communication effectively to Sales, Marketing, Executive Management and vendors. * Outstanding project management skills; you will need the the ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize requests in order to meet deadlines * Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time * Experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Docs.
