Responsibilities
- Provide input and drive execution of programs to reach new leads segmented by market, size, specialty and/or role - Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as primary marketing contact for the provider sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions - Partner with internal cross-functional teams for creation of communications and tools for sales to leverage - Inform market demand generation planning process with deep understanding of customer targets, sales strategy and pipeline needs to ensure greatest possible success of programs. Ensure that target accounts are top of mind in all marketing activities - Earn trust and maintain strong relationships with Market Managers, Sales Development Specialists and Provider Sales teams to support their goals, increase engagement with marketing and drive program adoption - Constantly monitor and manage segment lead funnel in marketing automation platform by assessing lead quality through quantifiable program metrics/KPIs, engaging with sales team on lead status/quality, guiding and accelerating lead movement thru the funnel, and drive sales SLA for leads and follow-up
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration - 6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, including focus on demand generation B2B healthcare marketing a plus - Ability to straddle between strategy and execution as needed - Expert understanding of how to use marketing tactics to drive sales and partner channel growth - Successful experience working cross-functionally - Strong project management skills, creative thinking and analytical ability - Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue - Proven success developing business, marketing planning/analysis, opportunity identification and optimizing marketing investment - Ability to travel to meet with sales leaders, attend events and support the sales team will be expected - Very strong written and verbal communication - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Marketo
