Summary
- As Marketing Manager, your primary role is to generate top-of-the funnel interest and leads for ResponsePoint in order to drive the growth of the business. - You’ll own all marketing activities including competitive positioning, sales enablement, content creation, digital marketing, market and competitive analysis, and relevant analytics. - You will be a critical member of our team driving future growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Refine positioning to differentiate ResponsePoint from competition - Develop marketing plans that drive demand to meet pipeline revenue goals - Communicate RP’s value proposition to the organization - Support demand generation through thought leadership and collateral development - Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for RP - Develop and own analytics, and reporting of key marketing initiatives - Develop and maintain a digital library of RP’s best work - Develop and maintain a content calendar - Develop and implement social media campaigns - Ensure that the RP web site is current to include the RP blog, case studies, biographies, etc. - Manage SEO program for our website - Support the development of proposals, RFP responses, and new business presentations - Develop marketing programs to drive qualified leads into the business development pipeline - Drive continuous improvement in demand generation response rates - Develop sales tools that support the selling process of our products/services
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or commensurate experience - 2-3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role - Attention to detail and quality output - Goal-oriented and driven - Highly collaborative and self-managed - Ability to create rapport and build working relationships within the organization - Willingness to explore and learn new tools, programs, or skills - Keen understanding of technology trends as they related to B2B marketing - Excellent communications skills, both written and oral - Strong Microsoft Office skills - Experience with social media campaigns - Experience with search engine marketing to drive rankings/demand - Experience using web analytics as well as performance measurement and tracking tools - Experience using HTML/CSS as well as WYSIWYG tools - Ability to create and build marketing assets including emails, forms, and landing pages - Experience with marketing automation platforms – ActOn, Pardot, and Marketo a plus - Experience with Salesforce a plus
