Summary
ShopAtHome.com, one of the largest coupon, cash back, and reward shopping sites on the Web, is searching for an ambitious Senior User Experience Manager with ample experience in both Interface Design and Information Architecture to join our Site Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for excellent customer experience and a desire to drive UX initiatives for ShopAtHome.com, as well as our Mobile Apps and Browser Apps. To be successful, you must be an analytics nut. You must also bring exceptional organizational and problem solving skills, a desire to learn our basis, and be comfortable working in highly-collaborative, cross-departmental capacity.
Responsibilities
* Recommend and implement site/app optimizations utilizing web analytics and research to maximize revenue by way of increased conversion rates * Manage a 1-N priority list of recommended UX/IA initiatives with our Design, Product, and Tech teams * Utilize our Optimizely testing platform to test specific A/B, Split, and Multivariate initiatives * Clearly communicate research findings, A/B testing results, conceptual ideas, and detailed rationales * Collaborate cross-departmentally to support special events, product releases, customer communications, promotions, and sales opportunities * Prepare UX documentations (site architectures, wire frames, use cases, and task flows) to be used by the Design and Development teams * Work with the Product Team to define business needs, marketing strategies, and appropriate solutions * Identify new opportunities to exceed set performance goals by way of industry research and competitive benchmarking
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ Years in online or ecommerce UX/IA role * 3+ Years of Google Analytics experience * 3+ Years of SQL reporting * Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis, and design and programming techniques * Highly creative, detail-oriented, passionate about delivering the best user experience possible * Experience with Optimizely testing platform preferred * Excellent numeric and analytical skills, balanced with creativity and design business acumen * Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, on a cross-departmental basis
