Marketing Analyst

Upwork is seeking a business-savvy, data-driven and willing to take action analyst to join its Business Analytics team, supporting the Marketing organization.

* Be a partner to the CRM team defining how to engage with our clients throughout their lifecycle. * Be a partner to the client success and account management teams to retain and grow our best clients. * Design, implement and interpret results from quantitative analyses and A/B tests. * Develop KPIs and metrics, proactively review and identify lead and lag indicators. * Present visualizations and insights to executive audiences.

* Minimum 2 years of overall work experience in consulting or analytics. Marketing or client facing experience a plus. * Solid experience with SQL knowledge. Experience with scripting and automation tools a plus. Google Analytics experience a plus * Creative problem-solver who thrives on challenges, and is accustomed to a working in a fast pace environment on multiple projects, fulfilling priorities and meeting deadlines. * Passion for high-growth, marketplace business and desire to contribute to the growth of the company. * Bachelor’s degree, MS/MBA preferred (or equivalent work experience).
