Summary
Reporting into the Global Marketing Director E-Commerce and part of the Global Marketing Team,the eCommerce Manager is responsible for the success Diversey Care’s eCommerce initiatives including developing and executing detailed scope and implementation plans. This is a challenging job and you will be part of a dedicated global team with an international focus and a result-oriented mindset. The eCommerce Manager role is one that requires business acumen, professional bearing, systems and marketplaces´ knowledge, and strong relationship management skills with different functions in the business and third party service providers
Responsibilities
* Manage roll outs of e-commerce initiatives * Optimization and creation of marketplaces * Training business units * Analyzing performance of promotional campaigns and customer behaviour data for the online channel * Supporting web-personalization to improve promotional relevancy * Initiating category promotions - SEO-SEM positioning * Identify targeted key word list for our product lines * Monitor and improve e-store metrics and performance of customer journeys * Identify and fix issues that affect online conversions/sales * Requirements´documentation * Test execution * Ensure product data is complete and accurate * Daily monitoring of e-commerce platforms
Ideal Candidate
* University degree * Experience on how to improve growth of online businesses * 5+ years of experience with major e-commerce platforms (Magento or Hybris or similar) * 3+ Years of experience in dealing with major marketplaces platform (Amazon, Ebay, Rakuten,Alibaba,etc) * 3+ Years of Vendor / Third Party Management * Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords * Experience with SEO and SEM * Experience with Facebook and Twitter ads * Campaign Management experience (online,offline, pay per click) * Mobile Apps´knowledge * Experience dealing with a globally dispersed team * Business Relationship Management * Highly effective communication / presentation skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. * Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment. * Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally on occasion. * Excellent English oral and written communication skills, additional language skills ideal. * Master degree is a plus * Spanish/French/German/Other foreign languages
