Responsibilities
The focus of which is to coordinate and execute the transformation of Client’ web properties into a significant lead generator and a high sales converting ecommerce platform. The Web Developer will be primarily responsible for designing, developing and implementing the Client online marketing strategy which includes Client web sites, e-commerce sites and electronic campaigns. They will collaborate with internal decision makers and other departments to optimize layout, functionality and the customer experience. They will also develop and integrate platforms such as Google Analytics, Drupal, Adobe Creative Cloud, Pardot and Salesforce using different code languages such as HTML and Java Script. The Web Developer ensures compliance with CAN SPAM and other regulations. - Coordination with internal stakeholders on the development and ongoing maintenance of Client Websites including integrations into Salesforce, Pardot, Client CRM/ERP system, social media outlets and other Client platforms - Coordination with internal stakeholders on the development and ongoing maintenance of Client E-Commerce sites, including integrations into Salesforce, Pardot, and Client CRM/ERP system - Coordinate the use of and recommendation on effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) within assigned budgets to measure and grow traffic - Assist with the creation of various marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, newsletters, promotional items and case studies - Report and analyze Online and Electronic marketing performance metrics and recommend areas of enhancements - Meet quality and productivity metrics for each product to maximize output - Follow work procedures to minimize cost of production - Other duties or task as assigned by supervisor - Model appropriate behavior in regards to Client’ Core Values and Code of Ethics Policies and supports Client’ team approach to Quality.
Ideal Candidate
- BS Degree in Marketing, Business, related field or equivalent experience - Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience in the areas outlined above - Extensive knowledge in online marketing strategy and campaigns including knowledge of Google Adwords/Analytics or other tools - Proficiency with Drupal and Salesforce is strongly preferred - Basic knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, Quark, Acrobat and MS Office programs - Familiarity with Adobe Premiere/Creative Cloud, video production and event planning are preferred - Must be able to follow written work instructions - Must be a team player with a positive attitude and able to demonstrate excellent customer service, a keen attention to detail and great organizational habit - Proven ability to work within a team-oriented organization - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously - This position requires the successful candidate to be able to multi-task, work within deadlines, and respond promptly and efficiently to change ability to meet deadlines that are often tight and variable - Strong written and verbal communication skills and hyper attention to detail
