Summary
Responsible for executing market and sales enablement across the Rubicon Project product and solutions portfolio, the Associate Manager will play an important role in making the sales team and clients successful. Designs and executes messaging for sales team and marketing communications. Ultimately responsible for building a comprehensive set of collateral that exceed market standards. Interfaces with Product Marketing, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and deliver a cohesive and comprehensive set of tools to drive sales team and market understanding, adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities
* Executes all aspects of sales enablement and market-facing documentation, ensuring product value proposition and key messaging is compelling and vibrant. * Acts as key interface between Product Marketing and Sales channels – ensures messaging and collateral is aligned with sales strategy. * Coordinates product “launch” activities. * Designs and executes GTM materials: produces content for external collateral, events, email, marketing and PR. * Leads and executes newsletter conceptualization and creation, a key revenue component to business. Works across Sales, Product and Product Marketing to architect strong communication strategy * Liaison to Marketing and Lead Generation: partners to ensure consistency and comprehensive planning and execution
Ideal Candidate
* Relevant BA or BS required * 3-5 years of sales enablement, product marketing, client service/account management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in digital media, or other relevant advertising * Strategic thinker: ability to craft marketing strategy based on internal and external data and insights * Creative thinker: ability to synthesize the technical, functional or complex and bring to life * Persuasive and polished in communication, especially presentation and written * Strong command of digital marketing and understanding of its unique role amongst overall marketing landscape * Experience and comfort with qualitative and quantitative analysis, problem solving
