Summary
We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Product Manager, a passionate contributor who blends experience bringing new product to market with working knowledge of healthcare data analytics, proven business acumen, and the vision and drive to contribute to revenue growth. You, as the Senior Product Manager, will partner closely with the data science team functions to bring advanced data analytics to life by way of innovative product solutions related to our Big Data sources and customer needs. You will assist the Chief Analytics Officer to define our product strategy and road map for how we serve our clients’ interest for data, analytics and actionable insights into our Aerial workflow or through new solutions. You will act as a pioneer to lead our advanced analytic solutions forward in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
* Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. * Defining, designing, developing, and deploying commercial solutions for the analytics market * Define the product strategy and roadmap. * Articulate market requirements, and working with both partners and Market Owners to create a market-aligned vision and roadmap * Define specific product requirements, identifying users and assisting in the development of prototypes and other model * Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. * Communicate the roadmap internally and externally, and engaging with prospects and clients * Brief press and analysts. * Packaging and pricing aligned with market needs and achievement of revenue goals * Develop a business case, creating and managing to a budget that includes product management and development dollars * Identify critical success factors for the product. * Go-To-Market plans and deliverables including client engagement, sales enablement, collateral and demos, * Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. * Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. * Providing leadership to sales and account management teams, conducting webinars and presenting at industry leading forum * Develop sales tools and collateral. * Propose an overall budget to ensure success. * Deliver a monthly revenue forecast. * Brief and train the sales, sales support teams at quarterly meetings. * Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product. * Being an expert with respect to the competition.
Ideal Candidate
**You have:** * Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred * Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager. * 5+ years’ experience health care product management required; primary product management experience for healthcare data analytics software company serving health plans and risk bearing entities preferred * Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products. * Ability to work in a virtual, matrixed organizational structure that is fast paced, dynamic and exciting environment * High-energy, creatively-driven, hard-working, inspiring innovator * Passion for great products and a desire to delight customers * Strong and focused team player and a consensus builder * Knowledge and experience with enterprise SaaS applications preferred * Working knowledge of the use of advanced analytics, compliance reporting, performance management by risk bearing entities * Strong business sense * Excellent negotiation skills * Exceptional communication and diplomatic skills to communicate with stakeholders both inside and outside the company. * Ability to provide strong leadership and guidance to Market Owners **Our culture drives us** It’s not all about what we do.
