Summary
The Recruiter is a top-notch in-house corporate partner responsible for full-cycle talent sourcing and recruiting. The role requires fulfilling the changing staffing needs of the Company and collaboratively engages in meaningful dialogues with the management team. This role is highly visible and requires strong working knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for creating innovative and resourceful strategies to mine and attract the best passive/active job seekers. Accountable for working with VPHR and Talent Acquisition lead in developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy to source for top talents by methods of cold calling, direct sourcing and creating name/talent lead generation. * Utilize a variety of proven talent platforms and resources such as Social Media, Major Internet Job Boards, and Industry-specific blogs/discussion boards, onsite/offsite social engagement events, partnering with trusted professional networks and establishing active presence with local Colleges/Universities. * Execute talent sourcing strategies to fulfill key metrics such as direct candidate contact time, time to fill per requisition and candidate to new hire conversion. * Continuously engage in proactive dialogues with both passive/active candidates throughout the talent sourcing process. * Intelligently prescreen all identified candidates and partner with hiring managers keeping all interested entities engaged, involved and providing professional consultative next steps throughout the candidate experience process. * Fully utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track, monitor, and publish job requisitions in accordance with current recruitment mythologies. * Deliver accurate and robust talent reporting insights to include key data points to management on a regular reoccurring basis.
Ideal Candidate
* Possess strong current Recruiting/Sourcing knowledge * Ability to work in a fast-pace, high energy, high volume workspace without sacrificing quality over quantity * Ability to proactively and successfully introduce new top talents and fill key job requisitions within defined benchmarks * Must be extremely driven, motivated, and able to encourage and inspire others. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to related to and influence individuals at all levels. * Possess a professional image with the ability to promote the Company’s talent brand. * A minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition * Ability to provide consultative recommendations to hiring managers and the management team
