Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our growing HR & Recruiting team to help drive the growth across the organization and ensure best in class candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Radius you will serve as a brand ambassador and key contributor to our recruiting operations process helping to guide candidates through the interview process. You are extremely organized and detail oriented, possess strong customer service skills, work well in a dynamic/ fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion to build and scale a organization of wildly intelligent and collaborative individuals.
Responsibilities
* Schedule high volume candidate phone and onsite interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams and ensure seamless transition from one stage to the nextIdentify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and candidate experience * Maintain all recruiting documentation - job descriptions, process documentation, candidate materials, ATS status, recruiting resource contracts and agency agreements * Assist with the coordination of recruiting events (onsite events, hackthons, meet-ups, etc), campus recruiting, interviewer training and special projects that pertain to recruitment * Foster a flawlessly positive candidate interview experience at Radius ensuring timely communication * Partner with HR to drive preboarding and onboarding * Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 1 year of HR/ Recruiting experience * High-volume calendaring/ scheduling experience * Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities * Excessive attention to detail * Excellent demonstrated communication skills (both verbal and written) * Experience working with an ATS (Lever preferred) * Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates * Track record of being a self-directed problem solver * Bachelor’s degree
