Summary
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the company's full cycle Talent Acquisition function. Reporting directly to the Division Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, the Manager will lead the day to day talent acquisition and retention practices, including the candidate experience, pre-boarding, on-boarding, acclimation education, and career pathing. This person will manage all aspects of the recruiting function by partnering with the immediate team, hiring managers, HR partners, and other business stakeholders across production sites and the corporate office. In addition, the manager will develop and implement the company's recruiting approaches, plans, and best practices; aligned with company values and the overall Organizational Effectiveness strategy.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive long-term recruiting plans and approaches aligned with company values, brand, and quality * Define and perform the day to day Talent Acquisition best practices, including identifying internal and external top talent * Continuously improve selection process, staffing policies, programs, and overall effectiveness of talent selection and retention * Enhance the recruitment branding and up-skill recruiter capabilities to ensure a positive candidate experience during the selection process * Identify and administer staffing compliance practices and adhere to OFCCP requirements * Directly responsible for the search process and engagement with Sr. Executives on Director and above recruitment activity * Able to leverage social media and other digital network platforms to attract talent and lead recruitment day to day responsibilities * Build knowledge management tools and best practices to engage internal and external talent, as well as, hiring managers and company stakeholders * Identify key recruiting metrics and measure outcomes of the recruiting operations * Implement and administer technology to improve process efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to achieve business goals * Design and implement behavioral interviewing tools in alignment with company and functional competencies and increase the quality of talent selection, tailored to Pharmavite * Manage relationships with search agencies, background, immigration, relocation, and other business vendors and partners * Effectively manage recruitment and relocation budgets, drive cost transparency with focus on reducing recruiting costs and spend * Manage and train the Talent Acquisition team * Performs other related duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Education:** Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred. **Experience:** Requires 8+ years of related corporate Talent Acquisition experience with a minimum of 4 years Recruiter management experience **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** * Well-developed leadership skills with strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated success with client engagement, including ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and influence business partners and decision makers * Ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal managers at all levels and represent the organization culture * Track record of building innovative and creative Talent Acquisition management programs * Strong business acumen, analytical, and talent planning skills * Proven acumen in the fundamentals of project management enabling effective management of multiple recruiting projects and candidates * Proven experience with placing senior leadership candidates, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry; significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing professional level candidates * Strong sense of urgency and ability to drive and deliver results with little supervision. * Ability to develop a thorough understanding of Pharmavite's business, to effectively articulate company culture, strategies, and initiatives * Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with internet and desktop recruiting technologies, Virtual Edge Professional preferred **Physical Requirements:** General office environment and ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move about an office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. May require travel between facilities. **Environment:** Exposure to disagreeable elements is negligible. **Safety:** The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others. **Supervisory Responsibility:** The incumbent may have direct supervisory responsibility for one to five employees.
