Oracle’s Alliance and Channels team is hiring a Director for Cloud Sales & Strategy for our Accenture Oracle Business Group (AOBG) to support Public Sector and Healthcare. This position is an opportunity for a highly talented sales development individual to play a key role in defining the Go To Market/Sales pursuit plan for the Accenture Oracle Business Group. The Director, Cloud Sales & Strategy individual(s) will support business critical projects and global AOBG initiatives that provide industry-focused and tailored solutions for proven markets with targeted engineered sales plays.

Design, build and execute development of Regional and Country GTM plans that align with and support AOBG’s business goals and objectives

Facilitate the accelerated adoption of Cloud and differentiated industry service offerings within joint client and net new target accounts.

Engaging with Accenture counterparts to align all activity and prioritization.

Review geographic, industry and product market penetration that drives actionable insight into continuous AOBG opportunity identification.

Continual updating within AOBG of Oracle sales success across all relevant pillars to ensure wider market trends are appropriately responded too.

Drive country specific strategy and sales execution plans around AOBG offerings across Industry and Rapid Adoption client target base.

Design, build and execute the Oracle governance model reporting progress to senior Regional stakeholders cross line of business.

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilities the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.

Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.

Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards.

Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase pentration for the strategic partners.

Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.

Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing

Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity.

Diverse experience and understanding with Oracle’s cloud solution portfolio and how that will translate to differentiated client offerings to take to market.

Ability to drive change and significant business impact, even under challenging circumstances and timelines through business and technical prioritization.

Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial vision for aligning organizational goals into successful alliances strategy

Requires strong sales, alliances and collaboration skills to effectively devise and execute the GTM plans.

Strong governance skills to ensure that AOBG project timelines are achieved and client deliverables are met.

Strong analytical, sales development and marketing skills within the region and across LOB’s.

Specific industry experience in the Public Sector, including Healthcare experience.
