Summary
As the Sales Operations Manager you will report directly to the Vice President, North American Sales and Account Management and will be an integral part to both the strategic growth and high performance operations of the North American Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for sales reporting and analytics, sales process improvement, administration of sales tools (Salesforce.com and Pardot), and other general support aspects for the North American Sales Team. You will also be responsible for delivering specific trainings to the Sales and Account Management teams on sales tools and processes. You will manage the end-to-end sales commission process, including assisting in determining sales quotas, issuing compensation plans to the Sales and Account Management team, tracking quarterly achievement and calculating commission pay outs. In addition to your day-to-day activities, you may also participate in or lead cross-functional projects, such as client migrations or process improvement initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role and you will work closely with employees across the company, including the Senior Leadership Team, Finance, Product and Marketing, Human Resources, Legal and Development.

Ideal Candidate
* A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance or information services. * 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, analytics or management
