Sales Operations Analyst, Supply

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to own supply operations and work cross functionally between Product, Business Analytics, and Global Publisher Sales & Client Services to maximize operational efficiency through data analysis, strategy, processes, & tools. The ideal candidate should come from an analytical background and have experience making strategic recommendations to cross functional teams.

* Own programmatic supply operations from start to finish; including data analysis, creating processes, and making and implementing strategic recommendations * Set and optimize clearing floor prices on programmatic private marketplace deals * Develop reports, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators as related to supply operations, and present actionable insights to the global publisher commercial team * Coordinate and develop target setting and achievement processes * Act as an expert & source of knowledge to keep cross functional global teams up to date on programmatic platforms, trends, and best practices * Work closely with external partners to provide cohesive target lists and make recommendations on level of priority to the publisher commercial team * Act as an interim point of contact for EMEA team

* Degree from a top tier university in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field * 1-4 years of experience in Business Operations, Finance, Consulting, or a similar analytical field. * Ability to show success in a target driven environment * Demonstrated ability to solve problems from start to finish * Advanced analytical and excel skills (Tableau and SQL proficiency is a plus) * Ability to work cross functionally * Interest in online advertising technology
