Summary
We are seeking a Regional Healthcare Manager to be part of our Away from Home Sales team. We are a high energy, entrepreneurial group dedicated to spearheading new initiatives for the brand in places where people eat, play, and work! The Regional Healthcare Manager will be in charge of developing new business within our growing healthcare channel comprised of hospitals and long-term care facilities. Your primary goal will be to place our new Cranberry health platform along with other Ocean Spray food and beverage items.
Responsibilities
* Develop and Manage Regional Healthcare business on east coast; Northeast, Mid-Atlantic & Southeast regions * Drive new Ocean Spray Cranberry health platform into priority locations within hospitals, long-term care and senior living locations * Develop, manage and maintain Key Account list in the Region * Work with Enterprise Mangers and Brokers on region-specific opportunities or issues. * Work key regional Trade/Customer shows spotlighting Ocean Spray products * Responsible for all communication concerning assigned accounts including contracts, product-price component changes, compliance, & sales reporting * Volume and Trade spend forecasting, Price modeling, P&L understanding, Contract management * Manage national contracts—understand and analyze business to recommend and implement initiatives for business growth across contract
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of relevant experience. * Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan * Ability to work independently, and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support * Superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within partner, customer and internal organization * Experience in sales/marketing or working with partnerships ideal * Excellent communication skills * Negotiating, influencing and deal creation skills * Travel 40%
