Medrio has offered an integrated eClinical Software as a Service (SaaS) platform with a fully hosted Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system that drastically reduces study timelines and costs by putting study managers in control of their studies.
Summary
Medrio needs you to be our Inside Sales manager to add to our accelerating sales growth. Medrio has a highly collaborative internal team that builds deep relationships with customers. With our SaaS model customers have zero upfront costs, so the sales goal is to establish an initial relationship of any size and grow it into a large collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Manage team of Account Executives and team of Account Managers to meet quarterly bookings and new customers goals • Join inbound and outbound phone calls to assist with closing new business • Monitor sales pipelines and forecasting to ensure goals are on target • Coach Account Executives to ensure their success, utilizing inside sales best practices • Uphold Medrio's sales process, including utilization of salesforce.com
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • 6 years of successful software sales experience, as an Account Executive, etc. • 4 years of inside sales management experience • Passion for small, fast growth companies • Excellent leadership skills • High energy and drive Desired Qualifications: • SaaS sales and sales management experience • Knowledge of clinical research
