Woopra is looking for a start up inside sales representative with a demonstrated track record of successfully selling enterprise Saas solutions and who will thrive in a start-up environment.
This Enterprise focused Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling the Woopra Enterprise product suite, closing deals and booking revenue in an assigned geographic territory over the phone. This individual will meet or exceed their quota by prospecting for new business, working with warm in-bound leads, and managing/closing deals within new and existing Woopra targets and customers. ESR must be comfortable leveraging phone, email, and internet technologies and services to generate interest, qualify prospects and close deals.
- Sell the company’s enterprise subscriptions and services to new & current accounts leveraging outbound calls, e-mails, social media, as well as manage in-bound inquiries
- Manage entire sales process with new prospects; including discovery, conducting demos, managing software evaluations, developing proposals, participating in negotiation, obtaining commitments, on-boarding customers, account penetration, renewals, and growth
- Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identify opportunities and scope potential Woopra solutions
- Helps prospects build business case for Woopra and assists in the associated technical evaluation of Woopra
- Responsible for forecasting prospects and business via CRM with high data integrity
- Use CRM and metrics to manage day-to-day activities to build pipeline and meet territory revenue objectives
- Develop customer relationships, and gain customer success stories once clients are using Woopra’s solutions
- Provide customer feedback to marketing and product management to influence emerging market segments and service improvements
- Work with sales team to continuously review/improve sales processes and tools to enhance productivity.
- A minimum of 3+year’s successful experience in inside sales where reactive and proactive calling were the primary forms of Inside Sales.
- A self-starter with previous experience and success in a start-up environment
- Demonstrated track record at exceeding measurable bookings goals in a dynamic environment; SaaS company experience preferred
- A team player who can work effectively and cooperatively with other co-workers and functions
- Previous success selling $10k to $50k+ sized deals
- Technically proficient and able to assist prospects during their evaluation of the Woopra platform
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (e-mail, voicemail, social media including LinkedIn, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Sells effectively in a team-selling and solution-selling situations where multiple decision-makers are involved
- Prior objection handling experience in early markets
- Strong needs analysis, positioning and qualification skills
