Summary
We’re adding an Emerging Market Sales Consultant (EMSC) to our team. Successful EMSCs thrive in a high volume inside sales environment with a focus on new territory development and growth. If you are high energy, technology savvy, and enjoy the process of hunting for new business, this may be the perfect role for you. As an EMSC, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business within a regional market as an inside sales representative. You will build referral relationships, hunt for new businesses within unsaturated markets, as well as close smaller accounts in already established territories. You will be responsible for maintaining high activity volumes of your own leads and clients. Every day you will have the opportunity to help businesses see the impact TriNet can make in improving their competitive position in today’s marketplace

Ideal Candidate
**Education:** - Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Experience:** * 3-5 years working with a B2B inside sales team * Experience with online demos and conducting virtual meetings * Prior experience selling in one of the following industries is a plus: SaaS, HRO, Cloud, ERP, HRIS, technology, or financial services. * President’s Club success * Consultative selling within B2B technology, professional and financial service sectors * Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM **Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** * Client Experience: Proven ability to reach and influence C-level executives and drive new business. * Comfort and experience with technology including demonstrated experience and proficiency in the MS Office Suite. * Strong phone based development skills required * Ability to work within a team environment * Success with complex, consultative, C-level sales * Rapport builder at the C-level * Strong business acumen and P&L analysis * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization * Excellent interpersonal skills * A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace * Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
