Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President, Marketing, the Senior Manager of Marketing is responsible for leading the marketing, lead generation, and communications strategies and implementation for Liberty Home Equity Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements cost effective marketing strategies and solutions focusing on direct to consumer marketing channels including digital, TV and purchased leads to promote the growth of reverse mortgages. - Identifies strategic marketing opportunities to reduce cost per closed loan. - Analyzes costs of existing marketing activities and makes recommendations to senior management. - Develops and maintains a detailed marketing budget and variance analysis to support the company’s business plan. - Works with compliance function to ensure that marketing collateral meets applicable regulatory requirements. - Works with the VP of Marketing on the company’s marketing strategy, policies and procedures to unsure quality messaging consistent with the company’s brand and core value. - Partners with the product development team on efforts for the reverse mortgage business. - Works with the sales channels to provide effective marketing solutions to generate low cost, high quality leads. - Manages a team of employees engaged in the day to day marketing and communication activities. - Hires, trains and performance manages this team. - Selects and manages marketing partners and vendors through competitive selection process
Ideal Candidate
- Four year degree from an accredited University in marketing or a related field. MBA a plus - 7-12 years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in the reverse mortgage space with leadership experience in marketing, communications, and lead generation management across multiple channels including digital, TV, print and mail - 3+ years of consumer marketing experience including campaign development, media management/placement, and lead generation/CRM management - Experience working closely with Sales leadership to drive volume and sales goals. Sales force experience a plus - Exceptional writing and editing skills - Strategic business and marketing planning skills preferred - Strong analytical and technical skills - Experience with managing large scale projects and budgets - Ability to manage and develop staff - Proven ability to successfully manage a marketing budget
