Summary
Hughes is looking for a dynamic Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead our North American B2B Marketing efforts. This position’s mission is to target large enterprise companies in retail, restaurant, hospitality, banking, health care, and retail petroleum industries and promote Hughes’ innovative HughesON*¢ Managed Network and Digital Media Solutions. The position will be at the Hughes corporate headquarters in Germantown, MD.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement all tactics involved in large enterprise lead generation and nurturing * Lead the product positioning and branding efforts for North American enterprise division * Create of all marketing collateral, email, and web copy as part of integrated campaigns-email, direct mail, print and on-line * Provide marketing support of all B2B large enterprise events and shows * Manage and report on performance of marketing campaigns and events * Manage outside telemarketing firm(s) to generate sales appointments * Direct outside agencies (PR, web, advertising) to achieve department goals * Manage departmental marketing budget * Effectively leverage the capabilities of both Marketo (marketing automation) and saleforce.com (CRM system) to drive leads and coordinate marketing activities * Work closely with sales and product managers to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to meet sales revenue goals
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Requirements:** * Bachelors degree in Communications or Marketing * 10 years B2B Marketing Experience required- complex sales environment a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA preferred * Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written * Successful track record in developing, executing and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns * Experience using marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.com * Proficiency in using Excel and manipulation of data through pivot tables * Experience in working with advertising agencies on branding and campaign development * Strong initiative, creativity and ability to see challenging projects through to completion while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
