Summary
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you play a critical strategic role on our recruiting team. You champion our candidate experience by scheduling thoughtful, well-planned and efficient interviews for potential Lending Club team members. You embody a working style which includes precise attention to detail, flexibility, and urgency, taking ownership to help interviews happen on time in a way that reflects our cultural values.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling and coordinating phone screens and on-site interviews, working directly with candidates and our hiring teams * Crafting offer letters and other on-boarding documents * Arranging travel for candidates across the country, planning catering for interviews when necessary, and processing expense reimbursements * Leading or assisting with ad hoc projects, which may include process improvement assessment or pitching in for our recruiting events
Ideal Candidate
* You have prior administrative support experience, preferably for a Recruiting or HR department * You have mad scheduling skills, particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars * You have superb communication skills, both oral and written, and are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization, maintaining strict confidentiality as required * You have unmatched documentation and organizational skills, and you excel at prioritizing when given multiple projects. * You thrive in a fast- paced environment and know exactly how to prioritize when balancing many different projects and timelines; You are results driven and always operate with a sense of urgency * You are proficient with MSFT Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience working with an applicant tracking system, such as Taleo is preferred * Your positive attitude and collaboration skills make you a great teammate; You have a passion for creating and sustaining a positive company culture and contributing to the bigger picture
