Summary
The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for development and delivery of ongoing communications, promotions and programs designed to drive increased loyalty and “stickiness” and support up sell and cross sell opportunities in our customer base. The Customer Marketing Manager will also develop and manage the promotion of all customer facing events. This role requires the individual to work closely with internal teams – product marketing, marketing operations, etc. and vendors to achieve set goals.?
Responsibilities
* Overall management of all customer communications plans to increase customer loyalty, cross-sell\upsell and promote customer facing events. * Works side-by-side with Sales and GSD teams to create a compelling ongoing campaign strategy for the complete lifecycle including but not limited to: Welcome Kits, Customer Support Site Promotions, "Power Hour" webinars, New Product Communications and marketing of self service solutions. * Prioritize, assign and manage all customer marketing activities and projects in accordance with the department's goals and objectives. * Manages vendor relationship for development of customer marketing assets. This includes negotiate with outside vendors to produce assets – AV production company, web developers, etc. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in corporate relations, services, sales, and marketing operations to achieve department strategy. * Develop and execute email plan for annual user conference, includes registration, award luncheon, and call for speaker campaigns. * Owner of our internal customer facing webinars. Responsibilities include working with Product Marketing to identify webinar focus, build marketing campaign for each webinar. Working with Marketing Operations to create landing pages. * Work with Marketing Ops, Salesforce.com and Eloqua for executing campaigns and tracking results. * All other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required. MBA is preferred. * 4- 5 years experience in B2B high-tech campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation. * Proficient in the MS Office suite * High-level working knowledge of marketing and CRM systems (Eloqua and Salesforce.com preferred). * Proven portfolio of metrics-based successful campaigns * Outstanding event management expertise * Excellent copy writing skills * Strong presentation and communication skills * Excellent editing and proofreading skills * Excellent time management skills I have reviewed this job description (signature): Date: I have reviewed this job description with the above employee (signature): Date:
