Demand Generation Manager

StellaService helps companies grow through better service across their stores, contact centers and ecommerce fulfillment. The company offers solutions including employee engagement tools, real-time customer feedback surveys and objective performance measurement across online and in-store channels.

StellaService is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help run the company’s lead-generation and customer marketing programs. This important new role will report to our Vice President of Marketing and will be located in our headquarters in the financial district of New York City.

• Build, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs spanning email, direct mail, advertising, and events
• Manage our marketing automation platform (currently Marketo)
• Work with our Sales Operations team to ensure that the integration between our CRM and marketing automation tools are fully optimized
• Run web and campaign analytics and develop insights for ongoing optimization
• Oversee our corporate website, adding new content and driving SEO
• Run the company’s nurturing programs and lead scoring process
• Lead retargeting, social, and SEM advertising
• Work in partnership with our Sales team to manage lead identification and segmentation
• Oversee distribution and measurement of all client communications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing operations role
• Deep experience of Marketo and Salesforce.com
• Experience working within SaaS a plus
• Experience managing WordPress sites and working with developers on site builds
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience running detailed campaign reporting
• Experience running search, social, and retargeting campaigns
• A team player who loves to collaborate and can influence/lead cross-functional teams
