As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be instrumental in propelling our business to new heights. You'll manage all aspects of HireVue’s Demand Generations efforts including SEO, PPC, email, social, web and other demand generation activities. To top it off, you will manage an amazing team of demand generation marketers who are eager to partner with and learn from you.
- Establish data oriented practices to optimize performance of the Demand Marketing team.
- Build an integrated marketing plan including, demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, online media, SEO/SEM, web and more.
- Create impactful creative campaigns that deliver results.
- Establish a strong relationship with sales including building best practices, tools and processes for lead follow up and outbound prospecting for Account Development Managers
- Ability to analyze numbers to identify performance and optimize for increased marketing qualified leads
- Create digital marketing programs across target customer segments through a data-driven approach
- Manage account based marketing programs for Strategic Accounts
- Drive volume and quality of leads for Corporate Accounts
- Manage marketing systems and vendor relationships for optimal results
- Track funnel analytics and work to improve conversion
- Manage team of demand gen marketers
- 5+ years marketing experience at a B2B company
- An outstanding track record partnering and building alliances with sales leaders to drive business
- Creative thinker, who has built innovative programs that drive high conversion of MQLs
- Team player and collaborator with others in sales and marketing
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, internally as well as with customers
- Sales oriented marketing leader who can roll up their sleeves to get things done
- Experience with marketing automation and SFA/CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce)
- Experience building and leading teams
