Summary
We are looking for a fearless, analytical, curious, and engaging Senior Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager to organize and lead the launch, execute follow-through, and analyze the results of high-profile marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, this role will lead the definition and creation of integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on generating pipeline, including management of campaign objectives, target audiences, and identify the right balance of content, in person events and media.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain scalable end-to-end demand generation campaigns in-a-box, both online and traditional, that can be executed by regional field marketing teams * Build and share best practices in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and direct response campaigns * Organize and lead regular cross-functional status meetings; communicate project health and facilitate issue mitigation across teams * Partner with the marketing operations and analytics teams to measure effectiveness of campaign activities and return on marketing investment (ROMI), and adjust campaigns based on performance * Lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional team in the areas of campaigns and events * Be a strategic partner to Sales and the rest of the marketing organization to launch programs and campaigns **30 days:** * Schedule introductory meetings and develop a complete understanding of the global marketing and field teams * Get up to speed on MuleSoft’s Products, GTM, marketing campaigns * Learn our sales and marketing funnel * Review Digital Marketing Playbook **60 days:** * Complete your sales training * Review messaging and campaign execution * Learn about our systems and reporting capabilities * Get hands on in managing existing campaigns **90 days:** * Plan the next quarter’s campaigns * Start building campaigns-in-a-box
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor or Masters degree in business, engineering, economics * 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, leading and managing campaigns * Has experience designing and executing demand generation campaigns aligned to Product Marketing and Sales to generate pipeline * Collaboration and communication, including strong relationship skills, demonstrating positive attitude and focus on teamwork * Excellent organizational, leadership, persuasion and presentation skills * Proven ability to drive for results, in a fast paced environment and matrix organizations * Experienced in project management and agile marketing * Prior experience in field and event marketing * Analytical, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions * Proficient with Marketo and Salesforce or similar platforms * Thorough understanding of the demand waterfall, and how to set and measure progress against goal attainment at each stage of the waterfall
