* Oversee the strategy, development & execution of email and engagement campaigns.
* Implement marketing programs that span digital channels- email, text, digital content, web, and social media
* Execute on marketing strategy to grow and nurture leads through multiple marketing campaigns across numerous channels to the point where leads are ready to be from the top of funnel to closure by our sales team
* Execute and track campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing ops functions around emails, social media, webinars, events, partners and newsletters
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, both online and traditional, in partnership with the rest of the marketing team
* Own the overall content strategy and execution
* Design, execute and test nurturing campaigns
* Measure and monitor sales funnel activity to ensure predictable pipeline
* Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content and assets
* Facilitate a strong working relationship with Sales
* Own and drive analytics for the email and display/retargeting marketing program - find answers, draw hypotheses, propose tests to validate existing best practices or introduce new ones
* Develop and execute the overall contact strategy across multiple products and audiences
* Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on campaign performance
* Execute ongoing testing regimen (subject lines, layout, format, frequency, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement
* Work with third party email software provider to manage, execute, optimize email campaigns
* Oversee and establish best practices around daily email efforts, including performance rates, link tracking, HTML coding, quality assurance testing, and approval
* Continuously ideate, execute, and measure results on A/B testing to optimize for email engagement/conversions
* Explore the most modern email standards: format, mobile responsiveness, personalization, etc.
* Oversee annual calendar of team activities aligned with department strategy
* Explore and research new ways to contact and engage existing accounts and prospective customers
* Provide leadership and guidance to Campaign Segment Marketers
* Work closely with all teams within Procore’s Marketing, Sales and Customer Success departments
