Summary
EverFi is looking for a seasoned product marketer who will work closely with EverFi’s leadership to communicate the value of EverFi products and services across a variety of markets from financial entities to higher education institutions to major corporations looking for enterprise compliance solutions. This candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to position EverFi’s unique offerings and continue to establish the company as a market leader. The role requires an experienced candidate who has extremely well developed presentation and writing skills and has the ability to clearly articulate EverFi’s value proposition, regardless of market focus.
Responsibilities
* Develop market specific personas and corresponding value propositions that develop greater awareness and demand for EverFi’s products and services * Articulate product positioning and messaging for target audiences, while differentiating EverFi products from competition * Work closely with the product market leads to fully understand the product features, functionality, and enhancements * Develop client-facing content to be used in awareness and demand generation campaigns including presentations, case studies, email and web copy, recorded demos, videos, and social media campaigns * Work with EverFi demand generation teams to build targeted marketing campaigns and offers that result in quality sales leads * Develop go-to-market plans for product launches and orchestrate execution of plans. Includes close collaboration with product management, marketing, schools activation, account management, and sales team * Partner with the creative services team to develop collateral, case studies, presentations, web sites, landing pages, and other content that supports awareness and demand generation * Promote products through conference presentations and training – both the development of materials as well as presentation of them
Ideal Candidate
* Completed Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of work experience in product marketing and/or product management of B2B products. Ideally, experience should include work in both early stage private company environments as well as in a publicly traded company * Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of building strong product marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage * Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and oral. Demonstrated ability to develop content for the web, solutions collateral, and sales presentations. Writing samples will be requested * Ability to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers, senior management and executive management. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships is critical * Strong project management and coordination skills; and ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment * Ability to prioritize, self-start and contribute under pressure and tight deadlines. * Passion and enthusiasm and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with content marketing automation programs, such as Marketo or Eloqua as well as solutions like Brainshark. * Experience in education or technology organizations is highly desirable
