Summary
In this role, you’ll support the development, execution, and measurement of our inbound and outbound engagement strategies. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Ops and Development manager focusing on Pardot maintenance and optimization, email best practices, prospect list development and channel measurement. You will partner with fellow marketers and key stakeholders from the sales and product teams to define priorities and key deliverables. This is a very hands-on role, requiring you to examine and prioritize competing priorities. You will contribute to our primary directive; creating high-quality leads that materialize into sales accepted opportunities, closing with greater frequency as won business.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of online and offline demand generation campaigns * Own all aspects of email production (approval, creation, scheduling, segmentation, assess email creative to ensure message compliance, and QA) * Leverage marketing automation tools to bring scale to demand generation programs * Develop iterative marketing campaigns and use control group testing to optimize lead acquisition * Establish and report on campaign metrics and ROI; communicate goals/results to organization * Measure and monitor demand generation funnel activity * Monitor email metrics (opens, click-throughs, deliverability, etc.); analyze marketing campaigns, make recommendations and report on all activity and results * Partner with our Revenue Operations team to proactively assess member and prospect data hygiene and addressable market gaps
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You care deeply about your work, and always apply polish to your output. You’re passionate about marketing and technology, and you love getting others just as excited. * 1-3 years of B2B demand generation marketing experience, preferable with a SaaS or enterprise software company * Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Salesforce and Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua or Hubspot * Experience with email marketing applications, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, cleansing, de-duping, segmentation and targeting * Demonstrated proficiency and success with demand generation activities, including but not limited to email, webinars, events and conferences, and content marketing. Experience managing webinars is a plus * Familiarity with PPC, SEO, retargeting, social marketing, and direct mail * Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas across mediums and to tailor those messages based on the specific audience * Desire and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines **Who You Are** * You are tenacious, proactive, and resourceful, with a desire to learn. * You understand the importance of a multi-faceted and measurable engagement strategy and are constantly looking outside the box for unique member and prospect touch points. * You see a challenge not as a limitation, but as an opportunity for growth, and welcome the chance to work through a problem creatively. * You never limit yourself to what is expected and are fiercely motivated by the chance to meaningfully impact the success of your team and the organization. And, most importantly, you want to have fun while doing it. **Skills & Attributes** * Familiarity with G Suite or Microsoft Office * A passion for marketing best practices and technology * Demonstrated self-starter - Ability to own projects start to finish including: framing the relevant questions, communicating with relevant stakeholders across departments, following through on assessing impact and iterating where needed * Knowledge of the private capital market landscape and familiarity with middle market M&A a plus, but not required
