Summary
This individual will have the opportunity to develop, support, and lead our ongoing data reporting needs across HR functions. In order to support GLG’s HR analytics function effectively, this individual must be comfortable operating independently, excellent at multitasking and flexible to changing priorities on a daily basis. The successful individual will need to have fairly strong Excel capabilities and need to be adaptable and eager to grow within his/her skill-set.
Responsibilities
* Understand the drivers of workforce analytics and workforce planning methodologies. * Historical experience and competency in Compensation and Data analytics. * Optimize and support HR reporting tools and processes. * Own the reporting function across all HR disciplines including retention, headcount, time-to-fill and time-to-start metrics, quality of hire, talent review, exit data and source distribution. * Assist in driving the development of key deliverables for the HR team and BU leaders through clear presentations and compelling visuals. * Continually evaluate and update current practices and methods for reporting and analyzing human capital data. * Collaborates with management to develop, implement, track and report on Talent Acquisition metrics to support of internal performance improvement initiatives. * Own the data and operations of Jobvite, our Applicant Tracking system, which includes managing functional and process enhancements, ensuring data integrity and creating and delivering all Talent Acquisition reporting to HR and Business Unit partners. * Partner with the Global HR team to manage projects that support our talent initiatives, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Global Onboarding and Learning and Development.
Ideal Candidate
* 4 years HR experience, preferably in a specialist function * Bachelor’s degree * Excellent systems skills specifically Excel skills that enable manipulation of with large data sets * Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people/groups, internally and externally * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and the discipline to complete last minute requests as needed * Demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work independently and the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time * Demonstrated ability to focus on detail and ability to follow through with open issues until resolved * Excellent judgment is required to handle sensitive and confidential information * Knowledge of Jobvite or other Talent Acquisition systems are a plus
