About Frog
frog is a global design and strategy firm. We transform businesses at scale by creating systems of brand, product and service that deliver a distinctly better experience. We strive to touch hearts and move markets. Our passion is to transform ideas into realities. We partner with clients to anticipate the future, evolve organizations and advance the human experience.
Summary
The Position: In this position, you’ll be working closely with business development and creative leadership to identify opportunities for new program engagements and translate the client “ask” into compelling and persuasive proposals. Your work will be both strategic and creative; you will help define a clear value proposition for our creative work and express that value in a range of communications with clients. You will be partnered with a set of business development and creative directors for both sets of activities. In addition to new client relationships, you’ll be responsible for a light set of sales operations processes, helping ensure the frog business development process is smooth.
Responsibilities
The Contribution: Your contribution to frog is building the relationships with clients that help us do our best work. Your craft is deeply getting to know potential clients and their needs. You will need to have a passion for researching your prospects, and then shaping the fit between frog and the client. You are representing frog in the earliest stages of new client relationships; being a natural storyteller about the client/prospect, frog and our work is super important. Success: Success in this role means quality in initiating new client relationships and contributing to the creative vision of our design programs. At frog, we seek to work with clients for whom we can do truly great and game-changing work. Success means being able to understand the client/prospect, understand how frog works and what frog can do and then translating that into great client conversations and longer-term relationships.
Ideal Candidate
* A high energy, positive, can-do person * Someone with 3+ years of sales experience * A strong communicator; you can absorb and retell the narrative of clients from their public information, the narrative of frog and our work across different clients * Someone with a passion for design and the humanities * Someone with foundational visual skills and experience working in Keynote * Deeply accountable and operationally minded
