Responsibilities
- As a strategic marketing intern, you will have an opportunity to support marketing initiatives that are focused on strategy, growth and development, commercial execution, innovation and product management. - You will be accountable for developing insights based on market and competitive intelligence to guide the development of product management strategies and driving revenues that span across businesses. - Expect challenging work that can range from supporting efforts in our brand positioning, digital strategy, insights and business intelligence, product management, retail strategy or channel strategy while engaging in a dynamic learning experience. - Positions may be in one of these areas: Strategic Marketing for one of our business units, Business Insights or Product Management. - Strategic Marketing Interns will serve as the primary source of candidates for the company’s Strategic Marketing MBA Development Program. Career opportunities in this program are designed to accelerate readiness to create future leaders, General Managers and Officers.
Ideal Candidate
- Must have completed one year of an MBA program - Technical experience or other interesting assignments in prior roles - Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong intellectual /analytical capabilities and business acumen - Demonstrated capability to conduct market analysis with the ability to translate the results - Strong problem solving skills - Attention to detail - Initiative and independence - Customer focus and relationship building
