The firm delivers value to its clients through an integrated platform of advisory and transaction management services across commercial and residential loan sales; debt, mezzanine and JV equity placement; and loan portfolio valuation.
This highly visible, senior level role will report to the Managing Partners of the Debt and Equity Team and will serve as the key strategic and tactical partner to oversee and drive the vision, direction and execution of critical business initiatives including revenue production, lead/deal management and organization cross-selling. The ideal candidate will provide broad business management support to Mission Capital leadership and will develop business strategy, oversight of reporting/analytics, infrastructure and controls, and project/initiative management
Key Areas Of Responsibility Include:
Business Management, Strategy and Planning
- Drive MCA/D&E revenue development, in alignment with overall strategy
- Partner with CFO to lead financial planning process, as well as payout/splits coordination
- Develop cross-selling technology and provide project management to cross-selling initiatives
- Represent MCA/D&E in all technology initiatives and coordinate activities across the business to minimize risk/disruption
- Design and produce business metric reports/technology/data mining which measure key business priorities so as to drive revenue
Sales Management
- Oversight of lead pipeline and deal pipeline
- Planning weekly sales meetings and ensuring agenda and topics covered are timely, appropriate and meetings are run efficiently.
- Client overage management
- Invoicing and collections from clients
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Finance, Economics and/or Business Administration.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS), preferred
- 10+ years overall professional relevant experience in strategy, operations, business development, working within a real estate organization
- Proven ability to build strategic connections across the enterprise at the highest levels. Prior experience working with senior leaders in a functional or strategic capacity
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, ability to work under tight and sometimes competing priorities
- Demonstrated leadership mindset by bringing together people, ideas and businesses to drive strategic planning and execution.
- Strong financial, business and analytical acumen
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
