Summary
The Events Program Executive is responsible for the management of program development and speaker management for half and full day events. Duties include creating program agendas, liaising with high-profile speakers and managing their deliverables, as well as coordination with other L2 departments including L2 leadership, research, marketing and business development and overall project timelines.
Responsibilities
* Event programming/curation of L2 Clinics and Digital Leadership Academy’s * Event speaker management including securing deliverables for event collateral and coordinating speaker * Owning event promotion and collaborating with design and marketing teams * Scheduling of events * Collaboration with the business development team on event themes and inclusion of industry partners * On site event management including production of the event with AV team * Working with PR on external speaking engagements for L2 leadership
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience programming and producing conferences for C-Suite * Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills * Analytical, detail-oriented, metrics-driven and organized * Fast learner, multi-tasker ability to prioritize projects a must * Knowledge and experience with Fortune 500 companies * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas & goals * Ability to work in fast-paced, growing environment with minimal oversight * Innate drive to succeed and willingness to take action in order to meet deadlines * Bachelor's degree Across all roles and levels within L2, we emphasize the following traits amongst our team members: * **Analytical**:** Understands the quantitative process for research and analysis and is passionate about the examination of how data in digital is disrupting marketing * **Strong Communicator**:** The key is in distilling data down to understandable and consumable bites, using the data to craft a narrative in speech, writing, or analysis * **Entrepreneurial****: L2 is moving quickly much like the industry we cover.
