Responsibilities
* Partner with cross functional IT teams (ABAP, BI and other) to enhance current HR systems and develop new tools that support global HR business requirements around data management, compensation and global mobility * Expand and maintain the SuccessFactors talent management solutions * Work with our business partners to convert high level scope into detailed business requirements documents for HR and talent applications * Maintain SAP HCM system configurations * Keep production systems operational – respond to reported issues and follow through to resolution, sometimes working with 3rd party solution providers * Coordinate quarterly system enhancements according to business requirements with our business and IT partners * Understand data privacy laws and regulations and how they related to HR data * Provide knowledge and input into the functional HR applications roadmaps **Main Tasks** * Assist with development of project budgets * Expand on the current suite of global HR applications * Detect and resolve issues to keep systems operational * Determine root cause analysis of reported system defects * Stay current with technology trends in the HR space
Ideal Candidate
**Experience Required** * Experience with SAP HCM modules: PA/OM/ECM/ESS/MSS * Experience with Fiori and SAP UI5 * Experience with SAP Business Intelligence * Experience with OpenText content management solutions for HR * Experience with SuccessFactors configuration (Performance & Goals, Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Succession Planning & Career Development, Learning Management, etc.) **Skills and Behaviors Required** * Knowledge of HR/Talent processes * High attention to detail * Ability to communicate to all levels of the business and non-technical users * Keep an eye towards the future of HR system capabilities * High analytical skills * Results oriented with a zero defect mindset * Focus on continuous improvement
