Responsibilities
  • Acts as Business Partner to assigned business units that include but not limited to WW Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. Assists in Employee relations, manages HR policies, procedures and programs, carrying out responsibilities in employee relations and employee development. Will partner with executives and management on executing strategy and vision for respective teams.
  • Coach and consult with executives, managers and employees on topics affecting morale, performance and development, help to determine needs assessments, root causes and recommend appropriate next steps
  • Assists in investigations of complaints and concerns, assess underlying causes and recommend appropriate next steps including corrective action as needed
  • Coordinate the annual performance and compensation review process for assigned functions and groups
  • Assist in Talent management and needs assessments •Develops and manages HR reporting.
  • Support the HR Director on projects that support designated client groups and/or company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Work both independently and within a team on special and/ ongoing projects.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related field, or the equivalent in training and experience, and a minimum of 8+years related experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices; Federal and State laws as applicable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work with all levels in the organization.
  • Track record of demonstrating good judgment and personal integrity
  • Organizational and time management skills essential
  • PHR/SPHR preferred •Strong MS office skills, Workday
