Summary
Product Manager is a critical role in driving results in our Private Client Acquisition (PCA) Group. As our Product Manager, you will work across all Sales and Marketing teams internally, equipping them to achieve their business objectives. You’ll work directly with our IT team to develop and maintain proprietary software such as CORAL, Sapphire, and Topaz, utilizing tools like Microsoft Dynamics. You’ll provide product expertise to business partners, participating in a full range of new initiatives and providing ongoing system support. Given strong performance, you’ll gain increasing autonomy—you have the opportunity to manage the scope and budget for projects, improve and maintain existing products, and even oversee new initiatives from senior-level executives. Your projects can be multi-year, multi-million-dollar efforts involving replacement of core business systems. You’ll become the person our teams rely on.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the business to develop an understanding of business processes, assess end-user needs, and evaluate suggested projects * Collaborate with IT, coupled with knowledge of application features, to provide solutions that meet business requirements and resolve questions related to process-changes impacting the group * Drive product roadmaps; assessing the suitability of products and providing direction to software vendors and/or IT to ensure products meet current and future business objectives * Provide ongoing system support; making decisions related to products and issues, identifying those issues that need to be escalated * Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements * Create process workflow diagrams * Maintain documentation of assigned products * Create testing plans and provide training related to any changes made to software and new software implemented
Ideal Candidate
* Marketing and brand development support experience, including campaigns and email marketing * Have a solid background in cold lead generation, remarketing/lead nurturing, channel development and management and data analytics * Strong technical aptitude; learns new processes and systems quickly * Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and solve complex and hidden problems * Knowledge of SDLC * Effective written and verbal communication skills to multiple audiences, including various levels of management * Project management/planning experience
