Summary

We’re looking for a designed-oriented, experienced marketer to own the strategy, creation and deployment of integrated marketing campaigns at Lever. We have a product that customers are already raving about; your job will be to drive the campaign strategy and execution to help us meet and exceed our growth targets. We’re building a world-class marketing organization and assembling the right team to begin scaling aggressively. As the first-ever Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategy and end-to-end execution of our offline campaign channels (content syndication, in-house webinars, third-party sponsored webinars, third-party email marketing, etc). You will collaborate with demand generation to build, implement, and deploy nurture; and multi-touch marketing campaigns in HubSpot, with the goal of forging tighter relationships with our prospects. You will monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of our email marketing initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations on how to improve performance. You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in sales and business development to identify strategic campaign opportunities, such as: go-to-market campaigns for integration partners, account-based selling initiatives, and other drip campaigns for target segments. Finally, you will work with the content marketing team to identify content needed to fuel your campaigns, and be responsible for creation of some assets as needed.
Responsibilities
**Within one month, you'll:** * Get up to speed on the product, our customers, our target audience, our messaging/positioning and our differentiators * Take over campaign setup, deployment and testing in marketing automation tool * Takeover all offline campaign execution (content syndication, event follow-up strategies, sponsored webinar execution, etc) * Create testing plan and deploy strategies for email marketing * Work with marketing team to execute first webinar end-to-end **Within three months, you'll:** * Completely own email marketing and manage/execute on the entire Lever communications calendar * Create, design, and launch first set of strategic drip campaigns to target segments, aimed at warming up existing prospects in the Lever database * Make recommendations for future offline program investment based on results/ ROI * Work with marketing operations to iterate on lead scoring, based on nurture campaign performance **Within six months, you'll:** * Continue to work with demand gen and content team to launch your first end-to-end, multi-touch marketing campaign * Work with Director of Demand Gen and sales stakeholders to create GTM strategy for: 1) Enterprise Account-based targeting and 2) Integration partner campaigns **Within twelve months, you'll:** * Work with entire demand generation team to craft a 12-month plan for offline investments, email marketing and campaign creation, that aligns with overall busin
Ideal Candidate
Our incoming coworker is self-motivated, analytical, and creative. It's critical that you have hands-on experience with marketing automation and can immediately begin designing and building assets. We are looking for someone who has expertise in email marketing, as well as as passion for testing and optimization.
