Summary
The Inside Sales Account Executive will manage and grow opportunities within the current group of business accounts by proactively calling out to current customers regarding new products that may be of interest. The role of the Account Manager on the Growth Channel Inside Sales Center team for the farmer Business Information Services group, based in Schaumburg, IL, is to drive Experian revenue by identifying, managing, and closing deals with existing customers. This position will consult with credit executives, marketing executives and C-level decision makers to understand and diagnose the organization's business needs, then develop complex Solutions to meet these business needs. Meets and strives to exceed annual assigned sales quota on a monthly and annual basis.
Responsibilities
* Develops a strategy for customer contact that has a tailored opening and potential probing questions on Experian's core products to generate new opportunities * Provides forecasting and account plans to meet sales goals. * Acts proactively in placing outbound calls, generating proposals and managing pipeline * Submits accurate and timely forecast documents as well as detailed territory presentations. * Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity information in Salesforce CRM. * Supports and participates in all sales promotions and contests. * Implements aggressive telesales strategies to maintain and grow revenue and generate new accounts.
Ideal Candidate
* 5 years of sales experience in the information services space. Experience within Financial Services sector is a plus. Either as direct sales employee or selling to the vertical. * Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred. * Demonstrated track record of delivering double digit revenue growth by solution selling. * Ability to interact with customers' key functional areas, which include marketing, account acquisitions, risk management, and collections. * Knowledge of the commercial marketing and credit risk solutions desired. * Selling and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational and presentation skills required. * Ability to effectively manage and exceed internal and external customer expectations. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to orchestrate resources to assist with selling solutions that meet client business needs. * Ability to work well in a team environment. * Team player that provides coaching and mentoring to other Inside Sales reps. * Strong PC skills.
