Responsibilities
The Inside Account Manager will manage a renewal cycle for 75 to 100 selected accounts, with renewal revenue of less than $200k each. This person will also be responsible for working with partners to identify areas to drive incremental sales (up-selling and cross-selling). This person will build relationships and ensure that partners are satisfied. This position is in our Global Alliances & Partnerships department.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree required * 5-7 years sales experience (preferably inside sales) * 3-5 years sales/reseller experience * Data expertise (experience in a similar company to D&B) * Able to build customer relationships. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Handles multiple tasks well, in a fast paced, professional environment. * Demonstrated influencing & negotiation skills * Demonstrated organizational and planning skills * Ability to travel within region
