The Inside Account Manager will manage a renewal cycle for 75 to 100 selected accounts, with renewal revenue of less than $200k each. This person will also be responsible for working with partners to identify areas to drive incremental sales (up-selling and cross-selling). This person will build relationships and ensure that partners are satisfied. This position is in our Global Alliances & Partnerships department.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years sales experience (preferably inside sales)
- 3-5 years sales/reseller experience
- Data expertise (experience in a similar company to D&B)
- Able to build customer relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Handles multiple tasks well, in a fast paced, professional environment.
- Demonstrated influencing & negotiation skills
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
- Ability to travel within region
