Responsibilities

The Inside Account Manager will manage a renewal cycle for 75 to 100 selected accounts, with renewal revenue of less than $200k each. This person will also be responsible for working with partners to identify areas to drive incremental sales (up-selling and cross-selling). This person will build relationships and ensure that partners are satisfied. This position is in our Global Alliances & Partnerships department.

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years sales experience (preferably inside sales)
  • 3-5 years sales/reseller experience
  • Data expertise (experience in a similar company to D&B)
  • Able to build customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Handles multiple tasks well, in a fast paced, professional environment.
  • Demonstrated influencing & negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to travel within region
