Responsibilities
* Design and implement the strategic roadmap for HR Technology in the areas of reporting, metrics, analytics, and overall systems integration. * Own all aspects of future implementation plans (key requirements, testing, integration of in-house and legacy systems). * Lead the design and delivery of training initiatives for HR systems to ensure all users receive appropriate training on any tools HR provides. * Oversee the creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation including: processes and procedures, user guides, training/operating manuals and SOPs, and UAT scripts. * Lead the implementation of a new HRIS transitioning from a suite of technology software and tools while building out tools to support growth and increase efficiency. * Partner with HR customer organizations and managers to understand business requirements and drivers for HRIS. * Partner closely with Compliance team members to ensure standards are met and upheld
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of directly related experience working with HR tools, technology, analytics and processes. * Workday and/or ADP experience. * History of developing work plans with asset allocation. * Experience in full cycle project management including the ability to organize, execute and plan deep impact projects. * Solid experience building reports, defining requirements and understanding how information is organized. * End to end Product/Solution implementation integrating HR systems with Payroll/L&D & Finance applications. * Experience implementing and managing HR technology programs including change management and communications. * Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and fast paced environment. * Ability to envision, model and perform system configuration of complex data flows and work flows. * Knowledge of a variety of HR technology solutions, products, services, standards and best practices. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. * Working knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office.
