Summary
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the support and maintenance of all HR systems including but not limited to: SuccessFactors, HR interfaces, recurring reports, SAP-HR.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR Information Systems including the maintenance and integrity of the data within those systems: - Monitor data feed between SuccessFactors and SAP-HR. Update errors as necessary (IDOCS) - SuccessFactors - creates and runs reports, audits and maintains data integrity. - HR SharePoint Portal - monitor and ensure appropriate access/security - Provides administrative support to all functional HR departments. - Manages shared HRIS email and ticketing requests. - Provides assistance in system upgrades/patches through testing. - Documents processes and provides guidance and training for HR teammates and end users. - Conducts regular HR Systems audits to identify discrepancies or errors. - Works closely with HR Service Center and Payroll teams to ensure data integrity. - Performs other duties as required.
Ideal Candidate
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** - Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence - Proficient in excel to perform basic analysis. - Basic understanding of Microsoft office. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and end users - Ability to maintain data integrity in HR systems - Willingness to continue learning new concepts, ideas, and processes. **Education and Experience:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - PHR preferred but not required. - Minimum of one to two years of related experience, preferably with SAP or SuccessFactors - Organizational and analytical skills and be able to work in a team environment - Basic knowledge of human resources and its various functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll and organizational development
