Summary
We need a versatile leader who can build and lead our Sales Operations team in supporting our Sales organization in driving the path to securing 100k member physician offices. You will oversee business planning and insights, operational reviews and strategic projects that provide actionable insights to our sales leaders and executive team. The Sales Operations Lead will collaborate and partner with a variety of stakeholders that range from collecting field insights from our sales team, analyzing performance data from our sales leaders, to supporting the growth strategy with our CEO and executive team. A leader at ContextMedia is expected to take initiative, bring a diverse voice, be fearless in trying new ways to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions aligned with business objectives. As a leader for this team, your success will be determined by serving and empowering your team through training, mentorship, communication, creative problem-solving and understanding innovative ways to enhance the sales organization.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, build, and lead a team of Sales Operations Analysts and Specialists who provide analytical, organizational, and operational insights to support sales growth and inform sales strategy; * Identify, scope and execute critical projects and initiatives for the Sales team and partnering with cross-functional teams when necessary; * Drive operational excellence in the Sales organization through identification and execution of opportunities that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to accelerating sales; * Lead business and market analysis to provide recommendations and collaborate with sales leadership to drive, achieve, and exceed growth projections.
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years experience directly managing a team; * 5+ years experience both designing and executing strategic, operational, and organizational projects for a sales organization; * Entrepreneurial grit and bias towards building something from scratch. Your team looks for you to lead but you play to win; this means you are never afraid to roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on approach; * Combined expertise in soft skills and an obsession with data to drive decisions and identify business opportunities; * Exceptional analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Sincere passion for ContextMedia’s mission and ambitious goals.
